This program organized by Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, collaborating with Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations (FAO) and Global Environment Facility (GEF), conducted on March 5-6, 2019 at the IPB International Convention Center Hotel, Bogor.
This program opened by the Director of Fish Resource Management. There were five sessions, first session was about the Introduction of GEF/FAO ISLME Work Plan. This session presents the Sub Directorate of Fish Resources of Inland Sea, Territorial, and Island Waters that deliver about Activity Plan of ISLME (4-years program) and the FAO Indonesia who was deliver about the Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA)/Strategic Action Program (SAP). And then continued by the Director of Fish Resources Management that talking about Ecosystem Approaches to Fisheries Management (EAFM), the Disrector of Fish Health Area about the Ecosystem Approach to Aquaculture (EAA), the Director of Conservation and Marine Biodiversity about the Marine Protected Area (MPA), the Director of Marine Space Planning about the Marine Spatial Planning (MSP), and the Director of Supervision of Fisheries Resources.
The second session was the presentation and discussion about the Identification of Pilot Location and Priority Program on WPPNRI 712, 713, 714, 573 and then continued by the third session with the same topic but specific to the determination of activities scope. The fourth session was the Plenary Discussion with contains the result discussion from previous activity and the formulation of NPSC Meeting. This activity closed with fifth session, that was the Indonesia National Project Steering Committee (NPSC) Meeting.
