HACCP Implementation Socialization Held at BKIPM Surabaya I with APRI Participation

Surabaya, June 19, 2025 – A socialization event on the implementation of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) for suppliers was held today at the BKIPM Surabaya I office. The event was attended by Mr. M. Bagus Satria, General Manager of the Indonesian Blue Swimming Crab Association (APRI).

This initiative aims to enhance food safety standards and ensure compliance among suppliers, supporting Indonesia’s commitment to producing safe, high-quality seafood products for both domestic and international markets.

The event fostered collaboration between government agencies and industry stakeholders to strengthen best practices in seafood processing and supply chain management.
