APRI Executive Director Give a Training about Biota Identification Technique by DNA Barcoding, Jakarta, September 25, 2019

On the September 25, 2019, APRI Executive Director Dr. Hawis Madduppa give a training about biota identification technique by DNA barcoding. This training delivered to 17 blue swimming crab processors and Technical Implementation Unit of Fish Quarantine, which was conducted by Center of Quality Control, Center of Fish Quarantine, Quality Control and the Safety of Fisheries/Badan Karantina Ikan, Pengendalian Mutu dan Keamanan Hasil Perikanan (BKIPM). The training is a part of BKIPM event that is The Review of Fisheries Product Health Certification System. Theory and practice about the biota identification technique by BNA barcoding able to be followed well by participants and the participants look enthusiastic. With the training, APRI hopes that the quality of human resources in fisheries and marine industry can be developed, so that can develop the Indonesian fisheries and marine product.
