Discussion and Field Visit with STELINA to Blue Swimming Crab Fishing Sites in Cirebon

Cirebon, October 2, 2025 — The Indonesian Blue Swimming Crab Processors Association (APRI) together with several of its member companies from the crab processing industry, accompanied by representatives from the Directorate General of Capture Fisheries (DJPT), Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP), and the STELINA team, conducted a field visit and discussion in Cirebon.

The visit included a direct observation of blue swimming crab (Portunus pelagicus) fishing sites, which serve as an important part of the upstream supply chain for APRI member industries. This activity aimed to strengthen collaboration between stakeholders in ensuring sustainable crab fisheries and improving traceability from capture to processing.
